I've been working collaborating with different DAOs full time for the past over 3 years. Since then much of the work I did there is no record or proof, and no verification that can be made to ensure that I did and have all the experience I do. Some of the DAOs I've worked with aren't even around anyomore. A platform like Zero Authority DAO where all colaborations are stored on chain would have made much easier for me. When I join a new DAO or community I basically have to start building my reputation from scratch each time. Specially in the world of web3 where there are a lot of scammers and people pretending to be someone they are not, building trust and reputation in a new community takes a lot of time and energy. Zero Authority would remove all this friction and for the DAOs it would allow them to know that I am someone who adds value and there is less risk for them to trust me or at least know that all the work I say I've done is real. And that there's many people in the space that vouche for me. It also makes the job harder for the scammers who won't have the verifications in place. I see it as a fundamental key piece to make the ecosystem work better and more efficiently.
